Breast lipofilling is an autograft of adipose tissue that allows a remodeling and a moderate increase in breast size without the use of prosthesis. Breast lipofilling consists in removing fat from the abdominal strap via fine cannulas, treating the fat with a centrifuge and injecting it back into the breasts via fine cannulas.
How does breast lipofilling work ?
This technique allows you to restore volume to the breast in a natural way using the patient’s own tissues without leaving scars. At the same time, the patient benefits from aesthetic liposuction.
This intervention is offered to women aged 35 years or older, with no history of cancer and sufficient fat reserves.
A pre-anesthetic consultation is mandatory.
The intervention can last between 1 hour and a half and 2 hours.
What are the consequences of the intervention ?
You may experience pain for the first three days. Wearing a support bra over the dressing is mandatory for 2 to 4 weeks.
